Each day it costs around 60 Pounds Sterling (90 US dollars) of satellite airtime to send back the written reports, answers to your questions, photos and video from wherever we are in the world. By committing to 2 pence (3 cents US) for every mile we travel, you can end up paying for one whole day’s worth of satellite airtime by the end of a typical 3,000 mile leg of the expedition!
